This collections shows the color of porcelain. The purity and innocence. Often porcelain is called the white gold. That’s why pure white.

Porcelain that is beautifully translucent and light as an egg shell.

Patterns and textures inspired by architecture, like the Amsterdamse School (+/-1920) or by the Pantheon in Rome.

We share our experiences and feelings with the world around us. Should we share everything or is there still a place for our secrets?  In her project “(non)-transparency” Harberink opens up her created pieces by making holes in them. These are later closed again, keeping their transparency. Closing the holes made earlier is a way to retain our own little secrets. The technique she uses is based on the 14th century Chinese “rice grain” technique.
