Pantheon
Description
This handmade porcelain vase is from our ARCHITECTURE collection and was inspired by the ceiling of the ancient Roman Pantheon building in Rome, Italy. Each vase is unique. It is glazed on the inside. The outside is decorated with a relief surface by using the shellac technique. The vase comes carefully wrapped as a gift.

Technique | hand made on the potters’ wheel. Relief created by hand using the shellac technique; putting a shellac design by hand on the raw porcelain and taking of layers of porcelain with a wet sponge. That is why each vase has a different design. The vase is glazed on the inside and unglazed on the outside. Fired in an electric kiln for the first time up to 980 degrees Celcius (bisquit) and for the second time at high temperature up to 1260 degrees Celcius (glazing).
