Handmade porcelain vase ‘long neck” from our ‘DOTS’ collection in black. The vase is glazed on the inside. Every single dot is put on the vase by hand and is made from black porcelain slip, which rests on the surface and creates a relief. The dots give a very pleasant tactile feeling to the vase.  The relief feels like a ‘Braille’ writing. 

The outside has a satin matt surface and is unglazed. This vase  is easy to clean. It  comes carefully wrapped as a gift. 

Dimensions: approx 20 cm high
Material: Mont blanc porcelain.
Technique: hand formed by slip casting, the relief is obtained by hand using black colored porcelain slip. Glazed on the inside, unglazed on the outside. Fired in a electric kiln for the first time up to 950 degrees Celcius (bisquit) and for the second time un to 1260 degrees Celcius (glazing). High firing makes the porcelain strong and robust. 
Specifications: this product is dishwasher/microwave/oven safe. Prevent thermal shock, like from the fridge in to the oven.
