Non-Transparency Espresso Cup
Description
Handcrafted Porcelain Espresso Cup from the NON-TRANSPARENCY Collection
Individually handcrafted in our Florence studio, this porcelain espresso cup features an ancient, labor-intensive 14th-century ‘rice-grain’ technique that creates delicate translucent “holes” in the porcelain. These tiny openings are carefully sealed by glazing only from the inside, allowing light—and your coffee or tea—to shine through, revealing the liquid within in a way that is uniquely captivating.
The tactile exterior invites touch and transforms your daily espresso into a mindful ritual. With a minimalist design inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics, the cup offers a glazed interior for easy cleaning and a satin matte exterior that showcases the natural beauty of porcelain.
Created for those who value refined design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the quiet luxury of handmade objects—this cup turns an everyday moment into something truly special.
